Commission Terms of Service
☆You must pay in 24 hour once i accept your order. If not, your slot will be given to other customers.
☆Payment must be done upfront or half upfront and half after sketch. If not, I won't be able to start on your order.
☆I can do full refunds if I haven't start on anything in 3 weeks max. So please do contact me if you'd like refund if there are no progress or notice from me. If I have started on your order, you will get partial refunds.
☆My turnaround time are 3 weeks max which is 1 month, but also depends on how many order I have. If there are no progress in that time, please do let me know. I may or not may forgotten your order.
☆Do not use, claim nor advertise my artwork for your own benefits. It is considered as scamming. If you'd like to repost my artwork, please credit me properly by linking me back here or my Instagram.
☆Do not trace, heavily referenced my artwork or designs. It would upset me a lot and considered unprofessional for you.
☆I have the right to refuse any order if I have something comes up or anything I'm uncomfortable and triggering me.
☆I can change anything you'd like on sketch before I continue on the piece. If you want anything change during colouring or shading process, that is unfortunately not possible.
☆If you bid/offer in a BTA or OTA for coins or points, please pay within 48 hours or after the sketch. If not I'll consider that you're not interested anymore.
